maezzy was born in China and grew up in Hong Kong and Shanghai.

maezzy has tried 23 restaurants in the city so far, though her favorite is still undecided. However, her biggest disappointment was SaiTong Thai, which left her very unsatisfied.

maezzy is currently attending Parsons School of Design. She initially entered as a fine arts student but changed her mind in her second year.
